Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return label along with the shipping instructions.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where Decopine is responsible, such as an item sent by mistake, a defective product, or a claim validated by Decopine.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain another item is to return the product you have, and then place a new order once the return has been accepted.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or refused.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days after receipt of the returned item.
