Shipping policy

Delivery Areas

  • Metropolitan France & Monaco: standard parcels and fragile products.
  • European Union: standard parcels; bulky/fragile items may require pallet shipping.
  • Outside the EU: available upon request (any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer).

Preparation Times

  • Standard items: 24–48 business hours.
  • Bulky/fragile items, such as decorative panels: 3–5 business days for reinforced packaging or pallet preparation.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 are processed on the next business day.

Carriers & Options

  • Pickup point (Mondial Relay / partner pickup points), when available at checkout.
  • Home/business delivery (Colissimo, UPS, or equivalent carrier).
  • Pallet / ground-floor delivery for heavy or fragile items (the driver unloads the goods at the foot of the truck; upstairs delivery is not included).
  • In-store pickup (Paris 3rd arrondissement): free of charge; pickup details are provided in the confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Times (excluding preparation time)

  • France (standard parcels): 2–4 business days
  • France (pallet/fragile delivery): 5–8 business days
  • EU (standard parcels): 4–8 business days; EU (pallet delivery): 7–12 business days

These delivery times are indicative. Delays related to carriers, peak periods, or customs formalities are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout according to weight, volume, and delivery zone.
  • Bulky/fragile items: an additional packaging or pallet surcharge may apply.
  • Remote areas: a carrier surcharge may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking & Separate Parcels

  • A tracking number is sent once the order has been shipped.
  • To optimize delivery times, an order may be shipped in several parcels at no additional cost.

Address & Changes

  • Please carefully check your name, address, phone number, and pickup point selection before payment.
  • After shipment, any change, including address or pickup point change, may result in a delay or carrier fees.

Receipt, Damage & Missing Items

  • Upon delivery, inspect the parcel and, if applicable, the pallet, before signing.
  • In case of visible damage: make precise reservations on the carrier’s delivery note and take photos.
  • Damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours to decopinefr@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the parcel/product, and the carrier label.
  • Lost parcels: please contact us if there has been no carrier scan for 10 business days.

Failed / Unclaimed Delivery

  • In case of an incorrect address, repeated absence, or a parcel not collected from the pickup point within the required timeframe, the parcel may be returned to us.
  • We may reship the order, with actual shipping costs borne by the customer, or refund the order excluding the initial shipping costs once the return has been received in good condition.

Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page or in the confirmation email. Mixed orders may be split.
